By accessing and using DraftForger AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You will be charged on the day you upgrade and on the same day each billing period thereafter.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. After 30 days, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Harass or harm other users

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DraftForger AI be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if DraftForger AI has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
